You are the average of those whom you surround yourself with. There are a million different ways to this:
– Your network is your networth.
– Want to see your future, look to your friends.
If that is true in life, it is especially true in deal making and business buying.
If you want to be a business buyer, if you want to 10x your current business’s revenue, if you want to take advantage of the opportunity at hand, surround yourself with those who have done this already.
I’ve never believed in the 10,000 hour rule (that you need 10,000 hours to become an expert in anything) instead, leverage other people’s 10,000 hours.
